Scalp micropigmentation in New York. Nobody finds the edge.

Since 2012, in Chelsea. Three sessions, undetectable in any light.

Walk taller. Enter the room stronger.

The impact shows. The work doesn’t.

Take control of the reflection. Own your image.

Science, placed like art.

The ink is mixed for your skin, so it heals the colour of your own hair and never turns grey or blue. Every impression is the size of a real follicle, placed one at a time, so nothing on your head reads as a dot. And it is built in three sessions, because that is how it ends up looking like hair instead of a tattoo.

For men who demand the best.

Where the work goes

What we do in Chelsea.

The hairline.

Designed from your age, your facial structure, the size and shape of your head, your lifestyle and your personal style. How it finishes, soft or defined, follows from that. Never from a template.

The healed hairlines →

The transition.

From no hair to hair, across the sides. The impressions have to blend into your own growth so cleanly that nobody can find where the work stops and your hair starts. This is what makes or breaks the procedure.

The crown.

Thinning from the middle out, blended until the eye cannot find where your hair ends and the work begins.

Density, everywhere it thinned.

For thinning rather than loss: impressions placed between your own hair so the scalp stops showing through. For women, without shaving.

SMP for women →

The scar.

A strip across the back, an FUE field, an injury: dissolved into the density around them. The scar stays; the evidence does not.

Scar camouflage →

Your session

Precise, private, paced.

First, the design

A conversation before a treatment.

Where the hairline should sit, how soft or defined it reads, how it will suit you as you age. Decided together, before any work begins.

Then, the build

Three sessions, at least.

A minimum of three, including the final refinement. The first lays the pattern; the second and third layer over healed work, so the mark gains depth and never gains size. The layering is the whole difference, and it cannot be forced into one sitting.

Manhattan, tri-state, flying in

One standard.

The same artist, the same instruments, and the same refusal to call a result finished until it has healed the way it should.

Healed, not fresh

Real clients. Each one with his before in the frame.

FAQ

New York, your questions.

What makes SMP in New York look natural rather than flat?

A natural result depends on matching each impression to your skin's undertone and value, not just placing dots. That is what Modern Color Theory governs: it is the difference between a hairline that reads as real stubble and one that heals as a solid, obvious shape. The theory was written by the artist placing your impressions.

Is the treatment discreet?

Entirely. The Chelsea studio is private, and the work itself is designed to be undetectable: the goal is that no one knows you had anything done, only that you look like yourself on your best day. Many clients schedule around a normal work week.

How many appointments does it take?

Three, spaced out so your skin can settle between them. The gradual build is intentional: it produces a result that looks like it grew in, and it ages far better than density forced in a single sitting.

Will it fade?

It softens slowly over years as the skin renews, rather than disappearing. When you want the depth restored, a short refresh session brings it back. You stay in control of how sharp or how soft the result reads over time.

How should I plan if I would be traveling in?

Many clients fly into New York for their work. The consultation maps your sessions around your travel so you can complete the plan efficiently, with the healing gap between sessions built into the itinerary, whether you stay or return. Chelsea is central and easy to reach from anywhere in the city or the tri-state area.

Who will perform my treatment?

Steven "Stevey G" Greitzer works on clients personally in Manhattan, the co-designer of the Apollo SMP machine and the creator of the color theory the field trains on.
